The best of the Fashion Weeks S/S 2014

From New York to London, Milan, and ending up in Paris, the fashion week has already done and with it, a question still remains: What will be the next trends for summer 2015? The answer was almost universal among the marvelous brands: the 1970s.

So, if you're excited about the atmosphere of the seventies, write down everything you need to rock in this dance. Let's go!

Fringes

In the New York week, the smart Proenza Schouler was the first to swing the catwalk with its fringes. The "sweetheart" of the women between one season to another, the fringes come back with their seventh-century roots within boots and dresses, but now more contemporary in the shape of a bead, as the English brand Preen by Thomton Bregazzi has shown. But, if you want even more movement in your outfit, bet on audacious versions like ponchos and fringed skirts.

Earthy tones
Very popular in the winter season, the earthy tones like mustard, brown and caramel will give life to the summer now. The good news is that they are very versatile and can be used either in monochromatic looks or in details or combined with more neutral tones— for those who are afraid to dare.

Platforms
The platform heel conquered from the tiny women up to the tall ones. For the next season, it appears in different materials like metalized with varnish and suede, but the leather is still checkmating in any outfit.

Marked eyes + Braid
Invest in your eyes because the trend is to leave them highlighted with neutral, colorful or bright tones— very 1970s. For this happen, always carry in your bag an eyeliner and a shade, plus a good blush and lipstick to get even more into the mood.

In the hair, the braid became a mania among hairstylists. And we are thankful because there is no more charming hairstyle. Apply lots of spray fixative and let down your braids, Rapunzel.
